GLOBAL NON-PROFIT · SUPPLY CHAIN DESIGN

A digital tool to design health supply chains for low- and middle-income countries.

THE CHALLENGE

Governments in low- and middle-income countries often can't tell whether their health supply chains are configured efficiently — and there was no accessible, low-cost tool with modern optimisation and AI to help them redesign vaccine distribution networks.

THE APPROACH

- Project-managed the development from design to implementation, across a global non-profit and an external development partner

- Framed an ambiguous, multi-stakeholder brief into clear scope, KPIs and a delivery plan

- Translated network-design logic into an accessible tool — tiered to user maturity, powered by optimisation algorithms and AI insight

A digital tool that lets planners simulate alternative network, inventory and transport scenarios — and see the impact on total logistics cost, cost per dose, service levels, wastage and carbon emissions — making complex supply-chain-design decisions easy to explore before budget is committed.

THE OUTCOME
ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER
MEDIUM-SIZED UTILITY · CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Embedding continuous improvement — and the systems behind it — at a utility.

THE CHALLENGE

A mid-sized Danish utility had grown a system and operations setup full of manual workarounds — no holistic process view, no standard way to run projects, and little documentation. A diagnostic had surfaced a range of improvement opportunities; the hard part was making them stick.

THE APPROACH

- Ran the foundational analysis — mapping the system and data landscape, roles and processes — into a clear project charter and plan

- Program-managed the roll-out across a new CRM system, a billing-system redesign and document & data platforms

- Trained and coached project leaders, and advised the management team on a standard approach to projects and problem-solving

A culture of continuous improvement — with the documentation, routines and trained people to sustain it — and improvement initiatives embedded into how the organisation runs, not left on a slide.

THE OUTCOME
ROLE: PROGRAM MANAGER & ADVISOR
GLOBAL LOGISTICS · STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION

Embedding continuous improvement — and the systems behind it — at a utility.

THE CHALLENGE

A global logistics group wanted to sharpen strategy and unlock long-term value and needed an outside perspective to frame the opportunity.

THE APPROACH

- Ran a scoping & diagnostic — assessing organisation, capabilities and ways of working, and aligning leadership on the core problems

- Advised the global management team — facilitating workshops and developing executive materials

- Shaped the target operating model, strategic direction and a prioritised roadmap with governance

Clear, prioritised focus areas and an executable roadmap — strategy and transformation moved from leadership intent to mobilised initiatives, with advisory continuing through execution.

THE OUTCOME
ROLE: STRATEGIC ADVISOR
